Over the years, I have had the privilege of being involved with many for-profit and non-profit organizations who have employed practices based on biblical principles. This is often referred to as Marketplace Ministry.
When our company was formed over ten years ago, we wanted to incorporate the word “Cornerstone” into our name to give this business endeavor a firm foundation and to recognize the true Cornerstone of scripture – Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 2:6
“Behold, I am laying in Zion a chosen stone, a precious (honored) Cornerstone, And he who believes in Him [whoever adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Him] will never be disappointed [in his expectations].” (Amplified Version)
