Meet John Rowell
Before starting Southtide Construction, John grew up running his family business which was a staple of the Gainesville, FL community for more than 50 years.
Since relocating to Sarasota, Florida over 12 years ago, John has built and supervised over 300 homes, leading residential construction operations for two of the nation’s Top 10 home builders and partnering with elite custom home
Meet Kari Rowell
As the daughter of an award-winning Florida builder, she grew up learning on job sites and touring the model homes to learn the latest design trends.
Kari’s professional experience also includes numerous awards for her work for local custom builders and national powerhouses alike.
